PERFECT MATCH OF CVV, ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE IS ALSO ENFORCED FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
Shipping and Returns Policy:
4Net Networking would like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy. We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase.
General Policies:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, no exeptions.
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We are going to refuse receive returns without an RMA.
- An RMA must be requested within 20 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The returned package must be received within 14 business days of the RMA issued date.
- All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and their warranty policy.
- When returning products, you have to use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
- Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
- Restocking fees – usually we do not charge it but it can be applied under the condition of receiving the goods.
- Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be coordinated through our Customer Care by calling (866) 622-4NET.
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
- Missing parts will result in restocking fee from 15% up to 35%. Damages, UPC codes missing will void your right to return the products.
Exceptions:
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return, please note that sales on certain manufacturers’ products are final. Any products that are exceptions to our regular return policy are clearly marked on the description or remarks of their respective detailed information page, and cannot be returned.
All Other Hardware Products:

May be exchanged or returned within 20 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- Credit will not be given on special orders for any reason.
- Please, note you assume responsibility for the packing of items to return – any demage will void your right to return the item .
All Software Products:

Unopened software can be exchanged within 20 days of the invoice date.
- Opened software will not be accepted for return – no exceptions.
Discontinued Products:
Eventually, 4Net Networking can offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clearance Items:
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 20 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance products, as we no longer have them in stock or the manufacturer has either discontinued these items.
Procedure to requesting a product return authorization:

- Shortly you will have how to request a on-line return authorizations thru your account so you will be able to fill out our online form.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Write your RMA number legibly on at least 2 faces outside of your package.
- Return the entire package to:

Crediting Your Account:
Credit will be issued, when applicable, within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the same credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 15 business days from the time we receive your return.
Product Replacement:
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once 4Net Networking receives, approves and processes the returned item.
